Ingredients:
500 gm Sole Fish (boneless)
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Thymol Seeds (ajwain)
1 cup Gram Flour
1 Egg
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Lemon wedges to garnish
Directions:
  1. Apply salt, limejuice; ginger garlic paste and red chili powder on the fish.
  2. Make a batter of gram flour, yogurt, eggs, ajwain, salt and water.
  3. Marinate the fish in the batter for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the fish until lightly brown and crisp.
  5. Serve sprinkled with lemon wedges.
