2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Rice Flour
4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
4 tsp Lemon Juice

FOR MAIN PREPARATION

Ingredients:
1 Sear FishFOR MASALA

Directions:
- Mix together salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice.
- Clean and wash fish and slice it into pieces.
- Marinate the fish with above masala and keep aside for 1hour.
- Deep fry the fish and keep aside.
- Heat oil in the pan and add green chillies, curry leaves and onions. Sauté till onion turns pink.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, lemon juice and prepared fish.
- Toss the fish in the onion and chilli masala.
- Garnish with lemon and onion slices.
- Serve hot.
