Chapala Vepudu (Fish Sizzler)

Ingredients:
1 Sear Fish
FOR MASALA
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Rice Flour
4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
4 tsp Lemon Juice
1˝ Corn Flour
FOR MAIN PREPARATION
4 tsp Oil
3 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
Curry Leaves to taste
1 cup Onion (chopped0
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp lemon Juice
Directions:
  1. Mix together salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice.
  2. Clean and wash fish and slice it into pieces.
  3. Marinate the fish with above masala and keep aside for 1hour.
  4. Deep fry the fish and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in the pan and add green chillies, curry leaves and onions. Sauté till onion turns pink.
  6. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, lemon juice and prepared fish.
  7. Toss the fish in the onion and chilli masala.
  8. Garnish with lemon and onion slices.
  9. Serve hot.
