Ingredients:
WHITE SAUCE
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Milk
FOR CROQUETTE
2 cup Minced Chicken (cooked)
1 Egg
3/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Butter
1 Onion (chopped)
Oil for Frying
Directions:
  1. FOR WHITE SAUCE
  2. Melt 1 tbsp butter in the pan.
  3. Blend in flour, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Take care that lumps are not formed.
  5. FOR CROQUETTE
  6. Melt butter in the pan and saute onion.
  7. Add minced chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add green chillies if desired to make it spicy.
  9. Stir chicken mixture in the white sauce and mix and cook well.
  10. Chill the mixture for 2-3 hours.
  11. Divide the mixture in 10-12 equal balls.
  12. Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs until well coated.
  13. Heat oil and fry croquette untol light brown.
  14. Serve hot with dips or chilli sauces.
