Ingredients:
200 gm Chicken (minced)
200 gm Prawn (minced)
10 ml Sesame Oil
5 gm Sugar
3 gm White Pepper
Potato Starch
6 Wanton Wrappers
4 Green Shallots ( finely chopped )
Salt to taste
Bamboo Steamer
Directions:
  1. Mix the minced chicken and prawns with sugar, shallots, salt, sesame oil and potato starch.
  2. Place the wonton wrappers and spoon a tablespoonful of ch8icken and prawn mixture onto the centre of each wrapper.
  3. Brush edges of wrappers with warm water and join the corners together to enclose filling and form pouches.
  4. Brush a bamboo steamer with oil and place the dim sims in the steamer
  5. Steam for 7-8 minutes or until dim sims are cooked through.
  6. Serve with Diamond Sauce.(See Dips and Chutneys)
