Fish Balls
Fish have very little connective tissue and fat, they are quite delicate when cooked.

No. of Servings: 6
Ingredients:
500 grams fish steamed
2 Medium size red onions finely chopped
4 Green chilies finely chopped with or without seeds
4 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 beaten egg
½ tsp Pepper
1tsp Coriander Powder
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Bone, flake and mash the fish.
  2. Add onions, coriander, chilies, pepper and salt to it.
  3. Shape it into small balls.
  4. Dip in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep fry balls in hot oil till brown.
  6. Serve hot.
