Fish Balls
Fish have very little connective tissue and fat, they are quite delicate when cooked.

2 Medium size red onions finely chopped
4 Green chilies finely chopped with or without seeds
4 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 beaten egg
½ tsp Pepper
1tsp Coriander Powder
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
500 grams fish steamed2 Medium size red onions finely chopped
4 Green chilies finely chopped with or without seeds
4 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 beaten egg
½ tsp Pepper
1tsp Coriander Powder
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Bone, flake and mash the fish.
- Add onions, coriander, chilies, pepper and salt to it.
- Shape it into small balls.
- Dip in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry balls in hot oil till brown.
- Serve hot.
