3-5 Green Chilies
Ingredients:
16 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed 1 Lemon
16 thin slices fully cooked ham
Mustard Sauce
3-5 Green Chilies
Directions:
- Mix the butter, green chilies and mustard sauce together.
- Spread the mixture on the ham slices.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of ham and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, brush lightly with melted butter.
- Before serving sprinkle lemon juice on it.
- Serve chilled.
