Ham and Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients:
16 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 Lemon
16 thin slices fully cooked ham
Mustard Sauce
3-5 Green Chilies
Directions:
  1. Mix the butter, green chilies and mustard sauce together.
  2. Spread the mixture on the ham slices.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of ham and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, brush lightly with melted butter.
  5. Before serving sprinkle lemon juice on it.
  6. Serve chilled.
