Ingredients:
TO MAKE MEATBALLS
1 Onion (grated)
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
1 tsp Oregano
3 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Bread Crumbs
400gms Chicken (minced)
1 tsp Flour (for coating)
TO MAKE SAUCE
1 Onion (chopped)
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Fresh Parsley (minced)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Carrot (grated)
1 stock cube dissolved in 1 cup of water
1/2 cup Tomato puree
1 cup Peas
1 Bay leaf
5 tsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. MEATBALLS
  2. Mix onions, garlic, soy sauce, oregano and bread crumbs with minced meat.
  3. Make balls and coat them lightly with flour.
  4. Fry the meatballs until golden brown in colour.
  5. SAUCE
  6. Heat olive oil in the pan and add onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to it. Fry until they are soft.
  7. Add tomatoes and carrot and cook for sometime.
  8. Add stock, peas, bay leaf and tomato puree.
  9. Put meatballs in the sauce and leave them to simmer for half an hour.
  10. Serve hot.
