Salmon Cutlets

1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Egg
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil
Ingredients:
1 cup flaked Salmon (cooked)1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Egg
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- Mix potatoes and salmon together.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Shape into cutlets of any shape, first dip into the beaten egg and then into bread crumbs.
- Fry them till golden brown.
