Salmon Cutlets

Ingredients:
1 cup flaked Salmon (cooked)
1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Egg
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
  1. Mix potatoes and salmon together.
  2. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Shape into cutlets of any shape, first dip into the beaten egg and then into bread crumbs.
  4. Fry them till golden brown.
