Basil and Tomato Bruschetta
A traditional Italian appetizer which captures the wonderful flavors of tomato,galic and basil.

3 cloves Garlic (minced)
8 Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Italian Bread

Ingredients:
7 Tomatoes (chopped)3 cloves Garlic (minced)
8 Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Italian Bread
Directions:
- Preheat the oven.
- In the bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Slice the Italian bread on a diagonal about 1/2 inch thick slice.
- Coat the slice with the olive oil.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the slices and divide the tomato mixture over each slice.
- Top the slices with mozzarella cheese.
- Keep it in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with mustard sauce.
