Ingredients:
100gms Carrots
100gms Beans
2 Capsicum
100gms Peas
4 Potatoes
1 Onion
4 slices Bread
1 cup Cheese (grated)
Pepper, Chilli Powder & Salt to taste
Breadcumbs
Directions:
  1. Boil the mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat oil and fry the onion, chillies, mixed vegetables, pepper and salt together.
  3. Dampen the slices of bread by sprinlking water or milk.
  4. Press them slightly and spread grated cheese and vegetable mixture over them.
  5. Roll the bread lightly in oval shape
  6. Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt and pepper.
  7. Warp the potato mixture over the rolled bread rolls to cover them completely.
  8. Roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
  9. Cut the rolls into slices.
  10. Serve Hot with tomato sauce or dip.
