Crispy Asparagus Rolls

200g Cheese (grated)
16 slices of Bread
Mustard Sauce
3-5 Green Chilies
Ingredients:
16 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed 200g Cheese (grated)
16 slices of Bread
Mustard Sauce
3-5 Green Chilies
Directions:
- Cut crust off bread slices and roll flat with rolling pin.
- Mix the butter, green chilies and mustard sauce together.
- Spread the mixture on the bread slices.
- Put the slices of asparagus on each bread slice and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, brush lightly with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cheese and bake in hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes
- Cut the roll in three pieces.
- Serve hot.
