Crispy Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients:
16 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
200g Cheese (grated)
16 slices of Bread
Mustard Sauce
3-5 Green Chilies
Directions:
  1. Cut crust off bread slices and roll flat with rolling pin.
  2. Mix the butter, green chilies and mustard sauce together.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bread slices.
  4. Put the slices of asparagus on each bread slice and roll tightly.
  5. Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, brush lightly with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and bake in hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes
  7. Cut the roll in three pieces.
  8. Serve hot.
