Falafel With Tahina Sauce
Falafel is very popular in the Middle East fast food. It is served as a sandwich, stuffed in pita bread with lettuce and tomatoes. It is served on a salad and tahini.

Ingredients:
1 cup Chickpeas
1 Onion (chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ cup Sesame Seed
1 tsp Flour
1tbsp Olive oil
Oil for frying
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Take dried chickpeas in a bowl and soak them overnight.
  2. Grind them.
  3. Combine chickpeas, garlic, onion, coriander, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  4. Add flour and form a thick paste.
  5. Form small balls and slightly flatten them.
  6. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  7. Pour tahina sauce over falafel.
  8. Tahina Sauce (sesame seed paste)
  9. Roast sesame seeds.
  10. Whisk together sesame seeds, minced garlic (1 clove), lemon juice, olive oil, salt and 4 tbsp of water until it is a drizzling consistency.
  11. The goal is a thick, yet pourable texture.
