Ingredients:
200gms Baby corn
1 tbsp Chili- Ginger paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar
½ tsp Ajinomoto
For the batter:
1/4 cup Cake Flour
1/3 cup Corn Flour
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
¼ tsp Baking Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
  1. Wash baby corn and slit into 2 pieces lengthwise.
  2. Soak them in ice cold water for 10 minutes so as to retain their crispness.
  3. Marinate babycorn in garlic, vinegar and ajinomoto for 30 mins.
  4. Mix flour with corn flour, chilly powder, chopped coriander, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add water to make a smooth paste.
  6. Dip the baby corns in it and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve with hot chili garlic sauce.
