Grilled Mushroom Delight
It is an unfried snack and can be served without the dinner being disturbed.

Ingredients:
4 slices Bread (toasted)
50g Mushrooms
1 Onion (finely chopped)
4 tsp Butter
2 tbsp Corn flour
3/4 cup Milk
25g Cheese (grated)
1 Tomato
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Cut mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Heat butter in the pan and cook onion and mushrooms in it.
  3. Prepare thick white sauce by heating butter in the pan. Add cornflour and cook for a minute and then add milk,stirring continuously.
  4. Mix the sauted mushrooms and onions in white sauce.
  5. Cut the toast into 4 triangles.
  6. Apply the mushroom mixture on each triangle.
  7. Spread grated cheese over them.
  8. Garnish with tomato slices and coriander leaves.
  9. Grill for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
