Ingredients:
1 Potato (boiled)
3 cups Spinach
150 gms Peas (boiled)
1 cup Mint Leaves
1tsp Green Chili
1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp Garlic(finely chopped)
1cup Coriander Leaves
1 ½ tsp Corn flour
1/2 Mango powder
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Mash the potato and peas.
  2. Boil spinach & grind into a smooth paste.
  3. Take a bowl, mix potato, peas and spinach.
  4. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic, salt and corn flour to them.
  5. Mix well and make it to dough.
  6. Shape it into round kebabs.
  7. Heat oil &deep fry the kebabs till golden brown.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce or green mint chutney.
