Paneer Cutlets

1 slice Bread (soft portion)
1 tsp Green Chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Flour
1cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
125 gm Cottage Cheese1 slice Bread (soft portion)
1 tsp Green Chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Flour
1cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Mash the cottage cheese.
- Add salt, coriander, green chilies and bread. Mix well.
- Shape the cutlets; dip lightly in flour and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry and serve hot.
