Paneer Cutlets

Ingredients:
125 gm Cottage Cheese
1 slice Bread (soft portion)
1 tsp Green Chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Flour
1cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Mash the cottage cheese.
  2. Add salt, coriander, green chilies and bread. Mix well.
  3. Shape the cutlets; dip lightly in flour and then in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry and serve hot.
