Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh Peas
1 tsp Oil
1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
Hing mixed with water
3-4 Chillies (chopped)
2 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
FOR FILLING
50 gms Khoya
Handful of chopped coriander leaves.
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, hing with water, green chillies, ginger and mix it well
  2. Add peas in it and cook for some time.
  3. Add coriander powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cool the mixture.
  5. FILLING
  6. For the filling take khoya, chopped green chillies,handful of chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
  7. Blend the cooled pea mixture in a blender.
  8. Add roasted gram flour for binding the mixture.Mix well.
  9. Shape the pea mixture in a cutlet shape, add the filling inside and seal from the edges.
  10. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow-fry all the cutlets till golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
