Ingredients:
1 Pineapple (small fresh)
1 tbsp Honey
1 box Cheese Cubes
1 box Toothpicks
Directions:
  1. Cut the pineapple lengthwise keeping the green tuft intact.
  2. Carefully scoop out the flesh with the sharp knife.
  3. Discard the core and cut the pineapple into half inch cubes.
  4. Toss the pineapple in a bowl with honey.
  5. Cut the cheese into pineapple size cubes.
  6. Poke toothpick through the cheese cubes and then the pineapple cubes.
  7. Clean the green pineapple tuft and keep it in the tray.
  8. Arrange these sticks on the pineapple tuft.
  9. Refrigerate it till serving.
