Rice and Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
3 cups Rice (cooked)
3 tbsp Flour
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
4 tbsp Cheese (grated)
2 pinches Soda bicarb
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
  1. Mash the rice thoroughly.
  2. Add flour, green chillies, soda bicarb, mustard powder, cheese and salt.
  3. Shape into round balls.
  4. Deep fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
