Rice and Cheese Balls

3 tbsp Flour
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
4 tbsp Cheese (grated)
2 pinches Soda bicarb
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Ingredients:
3 cups Rice (cooked)3 tbsp Flour
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
4 tbsp Cheese (grated)

Oil for frying
Directions:
- Mash the rice thoroughly.
- Add flour, green chillies, soda bicarb, mustard powder, cheese and salt.
- Shape into round balls.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
