Stuffed Mushrooms
No. of Servings: 5
Ingredients:
20 Large Mushrooms
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green Chilies (chopped)
1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Cooking Cheese (shredded)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl, heat butter and Sauté chopped mushroom stems, onion, green chilies, cheese, breadcrumbs and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until well blended.
  4. Cook the mushroom caps in the butter over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Fill the mushroom caps with the cheese filling.
  6. Arrange the mushrooms on the baking tray.
  7. Just before serving, bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
