500gms Tomatoes (cored)500gms Mozzarella Cheese (fresh)

Directions:
- Slice tomatoes and cheese.
- Arrange on a serving platter in an alternating pattern with slices of tomato and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves over top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
