Ingredients:
500gms Tomatoes (cored)
500gms Mozzarella Cheese (fresh)
½ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
½ cup Fresh Green Coriander Leaves
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Slice tomatoes and cheese.
  2. Arrange on a serving platter in an alternating pattern with slices of tomato and cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle coriander leaves over top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
