Ingredients:
10 Eggs
100gms Mushrooms (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic
11/2 tsp Tomato (finely diced)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
Olives
Steamed Corns
Cream
Grated Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in pan & add onions and tomatoes.
  2. Rub the pat of butter all over the inside of the baking dish
  3. Beat 5 the eggs. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and cream into it.
  4. Put the first layer of egg in baking dish.
  5. Add sauteed onions and tomatoes.
  6. Now beat the other 5 eggs and put the layer on top of onion and tomato.
  7. Add chopped mushrooms, olives, steamed corns in it.
  8. Place in oven preheat to 375 degrees.
  9. Bake slowly until a desired degree of firmness is reached which will take about 10 minutes.
  10. Cover the top with crumbs and grated cheese.
