Baked Salmon

2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Dash of Dill Weed
1 tbsp Black Pepper (grounded)
Ingredients:
2 Fillets Salmon2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Dash of Dill Weed
1 tbsp Black Pepper (grounded)
Directions:
- Prepare a marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
- Place salmon fillets in a medium baking dish and pour the marinade mixture over it.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
- Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees F, until easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve hot with rice.
