Ham and Potato Bake

1 ½ cups Ham (cubed)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Cream
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Spring Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Potatoes (diced & boiled)1 ½ cups Ham (cubed)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Cream
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Spring Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
- In a buttered casserole, arrange diced potatoes and ham cubes.
- Stir together cheese, cream, eggs, spring onion and salt.
- Pour cheese mixture over ham and potatoes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving.
