Ham and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Potatoes (diced & boiled)
1 ½ cups Ham (cubed)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Cream
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Spring Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. In a buttered casserole, arrange diced potatoes and ham cubes.
  3. Stir together cheese, cream, eggs, spring onion and salt.
  4. Pour cheese mixture over ham and potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving.
