Ingredients:
8 large Mushrooms (stalk removed)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Thyme
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Parsley
1 cup Cheese
½ cup Milk
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Add thyme, parsley, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  4. Add cheese and milk.
  5. Add the breadcrumbs. Allow the mixture to cool.
  6. Lay the mushrooms on a baking tray.
  7. Divide the mixture.
  8. Place loosely into the mushroom cavities.
  9. Pour over a little olive oil and lemon juice.
