Ingredients:
50gms Peas
50gms Beans
50gms Carrots
75gms Cauliflower
200ml Milk
75gms Boiled Potato
2tsp Corn flour
25gms Processed Cheese
1 Tomato
Directions:
  1. Cut cauliflower, beans and carrot into smaller pieces.
  2. Steam vegetables till tender
  3. Prepare white sauce (fry corn flour in oil and add milk gradually with constant stirring, then add salt and black pepper to it)
  4. Add all the steamed vegetables to the white sauce.
  5. Transfer this into the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
  7. Garnish it with tomato slices.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes till golden brown
  9. Serve hot.
