Baked Vegetable
Ingredients:
50gms Peas50gms Beans
50gms Carrots
75gms Cauliflower
200ml Milk
75gms Boiled Potato
2tsp Corn flour
25gms Processed Cheese
1 Tomato
Directions:
- Cut cauliflower, beans and carrot into smaller pieces.
- Steam vegetables till tender
- Prepare white sauce (fry corn flour in oil and add milk gradually with constant stirring, then add salt and black pepper to it)
- Add all the steamed vegetables to the white sauce.
- Transfer this into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Garnish it with tomato slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes till golden brown
- Serve hot.
