Creamy Baked Corn

Ingredients:
250gms Cottage Cheese (cubed)
2 cups Corns (boiled)
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Spring Onions (finely chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
1 cup Cream
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper (grounded)
1 tsp Basil
Directions:
  1. Fry cottage cheese cubes in 1 tbsp butter.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Whisk in flour, salt, black pepper and basil until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Whisk in sour cream until smooth and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in corn and cottage cheese and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
