Ingredients:
250gms Paneer or Cottage Cheese
5-6 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Ginger (minced)
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
  1. Cut paneer into cubes.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies into fine paste.
  3. Add red chilli powder and salt to the paste.
  4. Apply this paste on the paneer cubes.
  5. Marinate for two hours.
  6. Grill the paneer for 10 minutes in the greased tray.
  7. Serve hot.
