Mushrooms Florentine

2 cups Spinach (blanched and stemmed)
2 tbsp Butter
¼ cup Onion (chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1-cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp Salt
Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh Mushrooms (washed and dried)2 cups Spinach (blanched and stemmed)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in the pan and sauté garlic and mushroom until brown.
- Place the blanched spinach on bottom of shallow casserole and season it with salt, onion and butter. Sprinkle with ½ cup grated cheese.
- Arrange sautéed mushrooms over the spinach.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
- Serve hot.
