Spinach Cheese Medley

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Pepper
4-5 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Butter
POTATO COTTAGE CHEESE MASALA
2 Potatoes (boiled and grated)
1 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)
2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
GARNISHING
4 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 Tomato (sliced)
Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach (chopped)1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)

4 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 Tomato (sliced)
Directions:
- Mix potatoes, cottage cheese, coriander, chillies, salt, pepper and lemon juice together and keep it aside.
- Heat butter and add crushed garlic.
- Add onions and fry for few minutes till light brown.
- Add spinach and salt. cook for 5 minutes till the spinach gets cooked.
- Add grated cottage cheese and mix well.
- Grease the baking dish and spread the potato and cottage cheese masala at the bottom.
- Spread the spinach and cottage cheese mixture over it.
- Grate cheese over it.
- Decorate with a row of sliced tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degree C for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
