Spinach Cheese Medley

Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach (chopped)
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Pepper
4-5 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Butter
POTATO COTTAGE CHEESE MASALA
2 Potatoes (boiled and grated)
1 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)
2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
GARNISHING
4 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 Tomato (sliced)
Directions:
  1. Mix potatoes, cottage cheese, coriander, chillies, salt, pepper and lemon juice together and keep it aside.
  2. Heat butter and add crushed garlic.
  3. Add onions and fry for few minutes till light brown.
  4. Add spinach and salt. cook for 5 minutes till the spinach gets cooked.
  5. Add grated cottage cheese and mix well.
  6. Grease the baking dish and spread the potato and cottage cheese masala at the bottom.
  7. Spread the spinach and cottage cheese mixture over it.
  8. Grate cheese over it.
  9. Decorate with a row of sliced tomatoes.
  10. Bake in the oven at 200 degree C for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve hot.
