Ingredients:
250gms Macraroni
250gms Broccoli
½ cup Carrot
1 cup Corns
1 ¾ cups Milk
3 tbsp Flour
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C.
  2. Boil water in the pot and cook macaroni for 5 minutes in it. Drain it.
  3. In the pan, heat 1 ½ cup milk.Whisk the remaining milk, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the simmering milk and stir till it thickens into a sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and add cheese and let it melt.
  6. Sauté broccoli, carrot and corn in olive oil.
  7. Add the macaroni to the vegetables and season it with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the vegetable pasta to the cheese sauce.
  9. Lightly grease the ovenproof dish. Pour the above mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
