Ingredients:
4 cups Watermelon (diced)
1/4 cup fresh Mint Leaves
5 cups Water
½ cup Sugar
Ice cubes
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
  1. In a blender, purée the watermelon adding the mint leaves.
  2. Blend until the black seeds break up (about 1-2 minutes.)
  3. Pour the watermelon juice into a large pitcher and stir in the water
  4. Add Sugar.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with a mint sprig.
