Ingredients:
10 Tamarind Pods
1 cup Sugar
5 glasses Water
Directions:
  1. Boil the water in the pan.
  2. Add tamarind pods and sugar to it. Stir continuously.
  3. Let the tamarind soak for 2 hours.
  4. Use your hand or a spoon and break up the softened pods to free the pulp and the seeds.
  5. Place the liquid and remaining pulp into a blender and blend until the pulp is fully blended into the water.
  6. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
  7. Refrigerate until time to serve.
  8. Stir before serving.
