Ingredients:
1/4 cup Creme of Coconut
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Soda
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice.
  2. Blend at a high speed.
  3. Strain into a collins glass.
  4. Serve chilled garnishe with pineapple wedges and straw.
