Ingredients:
6 cups Watermelon (seedless and sliced)
1 cup Strawberries (hulled and quartered)
1/3 cup Sugar
½ cup Honey
½ cup Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 cup Cold Water
Directions:
  1. Blend watermelon and strawberry in a blender until very smooth.
  2. Strain through a coarse sieve.
  3. Add lemon zest.
  4. Whisk lemon juice, sugar and honey.
  5. Stir into watermelon and strawberry juice.
  6. Stir in cold water.
  7. Serve over ice garnished with lemon slices.
