Ingredients:
6 Kaiser Rolls or any hard roll
3 slices Bacon
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2-cup Onion (chopped)
1/2-cup Green Pepper (chopped)
6 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
6 thin slices Ham (cooked)
6 thin slices Cheese
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Slice tops off rolls and scrape out the insides of bottom with the help of a fork.
  2. In a skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain well.
  3. In another pan, sauté mushrooms, onions and pepper. Add salt. Cook until tender but not brown.
  4. Stir in drained bacon.
  5. Blend eggs and milk together.
  6. Pour into pan over vegetables.
  7. Continue cooking on low heat until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
  8. Spoon egg mixture into hollows of reserved rolls.
  9. Top each roll with 1 slices each of ham and cheese.
  10. Bake them if you like or they taste good like this also.
