Bacon and Egg Breakfast Rolls

3 slices Bacon
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2-cup Onion (chopped)
1/2-cup Green Pepper (chopped)
6 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
6 thin slices Ham (cooked)
6 thin slices Cheese
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
6 Kaiser Rolls or any hard roll3 slices Bacon
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2-cup Onion (chopped)
1/2-cup Green Pepper (chopped)
6 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
6 thin slices Ham (cooked)
6 thin slices Cheese
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Slice tops off rolls and scrape out the insides of bottom with the help of a fork.
- In a skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain well.
- In another pan, sauté mushrooms, onions and pepper. Add salt. Cook until tender but not brown.
- Stir in drained bacon.
- Blend eggs and milk together.
- Pour into pan over vegetables.
- Continue cooking on low heat until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
- Spoon egg mixture into hollows of reserved rolls.
- Top each roll with 1 slices each of ham and cheese.
- Bake them if you like or they taste good like this also.
