Chicken Vegetable & Rice
This chicken dish is a meal in one pot, made with chicken breast. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ cups water
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
¼ tsp Paprika
1 ½ cup Rice
2 cups Broccoli and Carrots
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions:
  1. Sprinkle garlic powder on the chicken and rub it thoroughly.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add chicken.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Take another pan and add cream of chicken soup, paprika, salt and water. Boil it.
  5. Stir in rice, broccoli and carrot.
  6. Top it with chicken and cover.
  7. Cook on low heat until tender.
  8. Serve hot.
