Chicken Vegetable & Rice
This chicken dish is a meal in one pot, made with chicken breast. Quick and easy to make.

2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ cups water
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
¼ tsp Paprika
1 ½ cup Rice
2 cups Broccoli and Carrots
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ cups water
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
¼ tsp Paprika
1 ½ cup Rice
2 cups Broccoli and Carrots
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- Sprinkle garlic powder on the chicken and rub it thoroughly.
- In a pan, heat oil and add chicken.
- Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- Take another pan and add cream of chicken soup, paprika, salt and water. Boil it.
- Stir in rice, broccoli and carrot.
- Top it with chicken and cover.
- Cook on low heat until tender.
- Serve hot.
