Egg Boats
Kids love this breakfast treat.

No. of Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 Eggs (hard boiled)
2 Potatoes (boiled)
4tbsps Cheese (grated)
1/2tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Mayonnaise
Directions:
  1. Slice the eggs into two halves lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out the egg yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks with butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  4. Mash potatoes and mix the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Beat them till fluffy.
  6. Take the scooped egg white boats and heat the yolk mixture into it.
  7. Put the potato mixture in an icing bag and pipe thickly around the yolk heaps.
  8. Sprinkle the cheese over the boats.
  9. Grill for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
