Egg on Mushroom Brown Rice
This is a wonderful emergency recipe that can be cooked in minutes.
No. of Servings: 6
1/2 cup Green Pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
3 tbsp Butter
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
3 cups Brown Rice
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
No. of Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1/2-cup Celery (sliced)1/2 cup Green Pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
3 tbsp Butter
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
3 cups Brown Rice
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Boil the rice in the pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Sauté celery, pepper and mushrooms in it for 2 minutes.
- Add 5 eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in small bowl.
- Reduce the heat and pour egg mixture over vegetables.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add rice and cheese to the above mixture.
- Serve with rice with fried egg on the top.
