Brownies are rich and dense with chocolate.

4 cup Castor Sugar
1 cup Butter
10 eggs
1 cup Cocoa Powder
3 cup Walnuts
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Directions:
- Sift flour, baking powder and the cocoa powder.
- In a mixer, mix butter, vanilla essence and sugar until creamed.
- Add the salt.
- Now gradually mix in eggs one by one.
- Add in the flour and fold well to form smooth mix.
- Add three-fourth of the walnuts and mix well.
- Grease the baking pan and pour the mix.
- Sprinklie rest of the walnuts on the top.
- Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
