Apple Pear Crisp
The dish can be warmed up in the microwave and is equally good straight out of the fridge.

2 cups Pears (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1/4-cup Maple Syrup
2-tbsp+ ¾ cup Flour
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Grounded Cinnamon
½ cup Melted Butter
1/2-cup walnuts

Ingredients:
2 cups Apples (peeled and sliced)2 cups Pears (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1/4-cup Maple Syrup
2-tbsp+ ¾ cup Flour
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Grounded Cinnamon
½ cup Melted Butter
1/2-cup walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Take sliced apples and pears and toss them with the maple syrup, cinnamon, lemon juice and flour until well coated.
- Pour them in the baking casserole.
- Combine the rest of the flour, brown sugar, and butter together until crumbly.
- Add the nuts to the mixture.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of the apples and pear mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- It is a good combination with vanilla ice cream.
