Ingredients:
2 cups Apples (peeled and sliced)
2 cups Pears (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1/4-cup Maple Syrup
2-tbsp+ ¾ cup Flour
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Grounded Cinnamon
½ cup Melted Butter
1/2-cup walnuts
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Take sliced apples and pears and toss them with the maple syrup, cinnamon, lemon juice and flour until well coated.
  3. Pour them in the baking casserole.
  4. Combine the rest of the flour, brown sugar, and butter together until crumbly.
  5. Add the nuts to the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of the apples and pear mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. It is a good combination with vanilla ice cream.
