Ingredients:
1 kg Apples (sliced)
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ cup Caster Sugar
2 Egg Whites
¼ tsp Cinnamon Sugar
Whipped Cream (optional)
4 Cookies (crumbled)
Directions:
  1. Place the apples in a pan with water, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  2. Cook covered on low heat for about 15 minutes until apples are soft. Cool.
  3. Put apples in a blender and blend into a puree.
  4. Whisk egg white till stiff and gradually add sugar beating constantly until all the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Fold them into apple mixture.
  6. Divide into serving bowls or ice cream cups.
  7. Chill them in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve topped with whipped cream and crumbled cookies.
