Ingredients:
4-6 Bananas
175g Sugars
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
175g Butter
175g Self-Raising Flour
50g Walnuts (chopped)
Pinch of Grated Nutmeg
Directions:
  1. Peel the bananas and slice them thickly.
  2. Mix them with half the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture in buttered ovenproof baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flour and butter. Stir in walnuts.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over the bananas.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C until the top is crisp and golden.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
