Banana Crunch Pudding
A classic banana pudding that is rich, nutritious and loved by kids.
175g Sugars
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
175g Butter
175g Self-Raising Flour
50g Walnuts (chopped)
Pinch of Grated Nutmeg
Ingredients:
4-6 Bananas175g Sugars
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
175g Butter
175g Self-Raising Flour
50g Walnuts (chopped)
Pinch of Grated Nutmeg
Directions:
- Peel the bananas and slice them thickly.
- Mix them with half the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture in buttered ovenproof baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and butter. Stir in walnuts.
- Sprinkle evenly over the bananas.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C until the top is crisp and golden.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
