Date Pancakes
This dessert is excellent as it is nutritious and delicious. It can be made richer by drizzling honey over warm pancake.

1/4 cup Refined Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Cinnamon Powder to garnish

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dates (deseeded and grounded)1/4 cup Refined Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Cinnamon Powder to garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl mix together baking powder, flour, sugar and egg yolk.
- Add water to the mixture to form a thick batter and keep aside for half an hour.
- Mix the grounded dates with little sesame oil and make small patties with the grounded dates.
- Heat the non stick pan and drop in two spoonfuls of the batter to form mini pancakes.
- Place a date patty on one pancake and quickly cover it with the second pancake.
- Cook till golden brown.
- Repeat to make more pancakes.
- Seve it hot or cold garnished with honey or maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
