Ice Cream Strata
Layer upon layer of ginger cookies, ice cream and chocolate sauce go into the multilayered dessert.

15 Ginger Biscuits
Chocolate Sauce
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 tsp Unsalted Butter

Ingredients:
1 pack Vanilla Ice Cream15 Ginger Biscuits
Chocolate Sauce
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 tsp Unsalted Butter
Directions:
- CHOCOLATE SAUCE
- Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce.
- Cook on slow fire till the sauce thickens and coats the back of the spoon.
- Keep it in refrigerator to chill.
- Crush the ginger biscuits to form crumbs.
- Take a serving bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 inch layer of crushed ginger biscuits.
- Spread half the ice cream from the pack on the biscuit crumbs.
- Pour half of chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
- Put some more biscuit crumbs on the chocolate sauce followed by ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce.
- Cover with the foil and keep it in the freezer till serving time.
