Ingredients:
1 pack Vanilla Ice Cream
15 Ginger Biscuits
Chocolate Sauce
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 tsp Unsalted Butter
Directions:
  1. CHOCOLATE SAUCE
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce.
  3. Cook on slow fire till the sauce thickens and coats the back of the spoon.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator to chill.
  5. Crush the ginger biscuits to form crumbs.
  6. Take a serving bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 inch layer of crushed ginger biscuits.
  7. Spread half the ice cream from the pack on the biscuit crumbs.
  8. Pour half of chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
  9. Put some more biscuit crumbs on the chocolate sauce followed by ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce.
  10. Cover with the foil and keep it in the freezer till serving time.
