Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh Mangoes (pureed & strained)
1 tbsp Gelatin (unflavored)
1 cup sugar
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Water
Fresh mango slices for garnish
Directions:
  1. Take hot water in a bowl and dissolve gelatin and sugar in it until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix mango with evaporated milk.
  3. Pour gelatin mixture into the mango mixture.
  4. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture into jelly mould and chill for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. To serve, dip jelly mould briefly in hot water then turn pudding out onto platter.
  7. Garnish with mango slices.
