Pineapple Souffle
A rich and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
1 can Pineapple Slices (chopped)
1/2 tin Condensed Milk
2 tsp Gelatin
3 tsp Lemon Juice
250 gms Whipped Cream
1 tbsp Castor Sugar
1 tbsp Pineapple essence
Few Drops Yellow Food Colour
Directions:
  1. Mix gelatin in half cup of water and heat on slow heat stirring continuously till it dissolves.
  2. Beat the condensed milk till light and creamy.
  3. Put lemon juice in a cup and fill the cup with pineapple syrup from the can.
  4. Add pineapple and the syrup in the condensed milk.
  5. Pour the gelatin in it and stir well.
  6. Put into the freezer till thick but don't let it set.
  7. Remove from freezer and beat till smooth.
  8. Add whipped cream, essence and colour.
  9. Beat well and keep it back in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove from freezer and beat again.
  11. Pour into serving dish and freeze for 1 hour till set.
  12. Decorate with glazed cherries and whipped cream.
  13. Serve chilled.
