Queen of Puddings
This is a royal and traditional dish. The pudding is simple and is full of wonderful flavors.

4 Eggs
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tsp Walnuts (small pieces)
5 Cherries (sliced)
1 cup Milk
Custard Sauce
2 1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Custard Powder
1 Apple (chopped)

Ingredients:
6 tbsp Bread Crumbs4 Eggs
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tsp Walnuts (small pieces)
5 Cherries (sliced)
1 cup Milk
Custard Sauce
2 1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Custard Powder
1 Apple (chopped)
Directions:
- Grease the baking tin and arrange walnuts and cherries in the tin so that they cover the base of the tin.
- Whisk egg white till stiff. Mix in egg yolks and beat again.
- Add bread crumbs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence together and beat well until the mixture is of thick pouring consistency.
- Pour the mixture over the arranged greased tin.
- Bake in a preheated over for 30 minutes at 200*C
- When baked remove to the serving dish from the baking tin.
- CUSTARD
- Prepare custard by dissolving custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk.
- Heat milk with sugar. When it boils, add custard powder stirring continuously. Cook till the custard coats the spoon.
- Add apple pieces.
- Serve the pudding with very hot custard.
- The pudding can also be served with chilled custard.
