Low Carb Chicken Casserole
This casserole is easy and flavorful to prepare for any occasion.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Butter
2 Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
˝ cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 cup Yellow and Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 tbsp Celery (diced)
˝ cup Mushrooms
˝ cup Broccoli (diced)
˝ tsp Dried Oregano
˝ tsp Dried Basil
˝ tsp Thyme
˝ tsp Black Pepper
˝ tsp Paprika
˝ cup Cheese (low fat)
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Sauté garlic, onions, celery and bell peppers in butter.
  2. Add strips of chicken and brown them.
  3. Add vegetables to the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle all the seasoning over this mixture. Stir well.
  5. Put chicken into casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese on the top.
  7. Put it in preheated oven at 375 degree for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or garlic bread.
