Ingredients:
2 cups Chicken (diced & cooked)
2 Onions (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1cup Mushrooms (chopped)
2 Red Bell Peppers (diced)
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
1-cup Chicken Broth
Directions:
  1. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, mushroom, salt and pepper over medium heat.
  3. Add the red peppers, thyme, paprika, tomato paste and sauté.
  4. Add chicken to it and sauté for 10 minutes adding little chicken broth to it to make it juicy.
  5. Serve hot.
