Spicy Chicken Hash
A simple dish great for lunch or dinner.
No. of Servings: 2
2 Onions (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1cup Mushrooms (chopped)
2 Red Bell Peppers (diced)
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
1-cup Chicken Broth

Ingredients:
2 cups Chicken (diced & cooked)2 Onions (chopped)

1cup Mushrooms (chopped)
2 Red Bell Peppers (diced)
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
1-cup Chicken Broth
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a large sauté pan.
- Sauté onions, garlic, mushroom, salt and pepper over medium heat.
- Add the red peppers, thyme, paprika, tomato paste and sauté.
- Add chicken to it and sauté for 10 minutes adding little chicken broth to it to make it juicy.
- Serve hot.
